If you've upgraded to Pro but can't access Video Mode, detailed scorecards, or other Pro features, here's what to try.
Stripe sends an automatic receipt for successful payments. Check the inbox for the email address associated with your Whirl account, including spam/junk folders.
Sometimes a fresh login is needed to sync your subscription status:
Press Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac) to force a full reload of the app.
If you have multiple email addresses, ensure you're logged in with the one you used to purchase Pro.
