What to do if your interview session wasn't saved properly or your scorecard didn't generate.

If your session doesn't appear in your history or your scorecard is missing, here's what to check.
For a session to be saved and a scorecard generated, you must click the End Interview button inside the interview interface. Closing the browser tab before ending the session may cause the data to be lost.
Scorecard generation can take 30โ60 seconds after you end a session. If you don't see it immediately:
Navigate to History from the top nav. If the session appears there but without a score, the scorecard may still be processing. Refresh after a minute.
If the session is listed but clicking View Feedback shows nothing:
