What to do if your interview session wasn't saved properly or your scorecard didn't generate.

Session Didn't Save or Scorecard is Missing

If your session doesn't appear in your history or your scorecard is missing, here's what to check.

Make Sure You Ended the Session Properly

For a session to be saved and a scorecard generated, you must click the End Interview button inside the interview interface. Closing the browser tab before ending the session may cause the data to be lost.

Wait for the Scorecard to Generate

Scorecard generation can take 30โ€“60 seconds after you end a session. If you don't see it immediately:

  1. Wait a minute
  2. Refresh the page
  3. Check your Interview History

Check Your Interview History

Navigate to History from the top nav. If the session appears there but without a score, the scorecard may still be processing. Refresh after a minute.

Session Appears in History But No Feedback

If the session is listed but clicking View Feedback shows nothing:

  • The session may have been too short (fewer than 2โ€“3 exchanges) for a meaningful scorecard
  • Try a longer session with at least 4โ€“5 questions answered

I Lost a Long Session

If you believe a full session was lost due to a technical error, contact support@whirlinterview.com with:

  • The approximate date and time of the session
  • The job title and stage you used
  • What you experienced before the data was lost

We'll do our best to investigate and recover what we can.
