If the AI interviewer seems slow to respond or gets stuck, here's what to try.
Whirl's AI requires a stable internet connection. Run a quick speed test at fast.com. We recommend at least 10 Mbps for Video Mode.
During peak usage times, AI responses may take a few extra seconds. If the interviewer shows a loading indicator, give it up to 30 seconds before taking any action.
If the AI appears completely stuck (no response after 60 seconds):
Stale cached data can sometimes interfere with session loading.
Browser extensions can sometimes interfere with Whirl. Try opening the app in an incognito or private window to test.
If you're using Safari or Firefox, try Chrome or Edge for the best compatibility.
