How to view, change, or cancel your Whirl subscription and manage billing details.

Managing Your Subscription and Billing

You have full control over your Whirl subscription at all times.

Accessing Your Billing Portal

  1. Go to Subscription from your profile menu
  2. If you're a Pro subscriber, you'll see a Manage Billing button
  3. Click it to open the Stripe billing portal

What You Can Do in the Billing Portal

  • View payment history — See all past invoices and download receipts
  • Update payment method — Change your credit card
  • Switch billing cycle — Go from monthly to annual (or vice versa)
  • Cancel subscription — Cancel at any time, no questions asked

Canceling Your Subscription

If you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free plan — your data and history are always preserved.

Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have a billing issue, please contact support@whirlinterview.com within 7 days of the charge.

Receipts and Invoices

Receipts are automatically emailed to you after each charge. You can also download past invoices from the billing portal.

Reactivating After Cancellation

If you cancel and later want to resubscribe, simply go back to the Subscription page and upgrade again. All your previous sessions and data will still be there.
